1. Complete the Request a Quote form
2. A representative from Infinity Homes will contact you to schedule an initial appointment to discuss and look at the project location.
3. Receive estimate and review (estimates usually take 3-4 weeks)
4. Once the estimate is approved, then you sign the contract
5. Make your selections with our trusted venders to receive our discount
6. Get on our schedule once all your selections have been made
7. Start project through completion

Deposit: Due at the signing of the contract

Payment #1: After demolition 

Payment #2: After drywall

Payment #3: After trim

Payment #4: After completion of project

It depends on the scope of work, but most projects take 8-12 weeks with our teams working Monday through Friday 8-5 am.

Once the contract is signed and you have made all your selections, we will review lead times and schedule your project.

We do not offer financing, but we can provide you with a list of recommended banks that may meet your needs.

We have in-house personnel for demolition, punch out, and smaller projects, while the majority of our workforce consists of long-standing subcontractors. Our established working relationships enable us to consistently utilize the same subcontractors for all our projects.
